| SDRA has several committees that assist with achieving the goals and work plan each year. A description of the committees can be found below. | Planning Committee |
.jpg) The Planning Committee is responsible for guiding plan development and implementation and assisting in carrying out City planning directives as necessary in Greater Downtown Savannah. This includes assisting with the development of the Downtown Master Plan which will serve as a guide to planning efforts for downtown Savannah and its surrounding areas. |

| Economic Development Committee |
| The Economic Development Committee is charged with developing and implementing programs to stimulate investment within the Broughton Street Urban Redevelopment Area, the MLK/Montgomery Street corridor, and Greater Downtown Savannah. Specific tasks include recruiting new businesses, identifying retail market opportunities, assisting prospects to find suitable locations, and facilitating large-scale development projects. |

| Marketing and Outreach Committee |
| The Marketing and Outreach Committee is responsible for the development and implementation of programs to include providing outreach to business and property owners, promoting downtown to attract shoppers and visitors, marketing SDRA programs and acitvities and influencing positive media coverage of the Greater Downtown Area. |

| The Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd./Montgomery Street Corridor Revitalization Committee is responsible for overseeing the planning process for the MLK/Montgomery Street Corridor. |
