Kiosks may be reserved up to 30 days at a time. Artwork must be reviewed by SDRA prior to approval. Advertiser is responsible for poster printing and production.

Terms and Conditions

OBJECT: To allow use of SDRA-managed kiosks, which are located on Broughton Street.

USER: The user is defined as any local organization or local agency approved by SDRA as meeting the requirements for use of the kiosk posters. All users must complete this application to secure permission from SDRA to use the kiosks.

LIMITATIONS: The user may not use the kiosks for retail/commercial advertising or general fundraising campaigns. Kiosk posters must promote a community event or activity happening in greater Downtown Savannah. The user may not transfer use of the kiosks to another user.

ARTWORK: Full-size kiosk posters are 23” wide and 54” long. If the user wishes to install multiple posters per kiosk side, please indicate the dimensions and orientation of the posters in the comment box on the following page.

INSTALLATION/REMOVAL: Kiosk-poster installation and removal are the responsibility of SDRA. Posters must be submitted to SDRA’s office no later than 5 days prior to installation date. Duration of kiosk use will be determined by time frame of the event, but is not to exceed 30 days.

FEES: The kiosk usage fee is $50.00 per kiosk side per 30 days. Any amendments to kiosk reservations must be submitted at least one week prior to installation date.

SDRA reserves the right to accept or deny any application. Installation of kiosk posters does not guarantee future approval. If necessary, SDRA may reject any and all requests for use of the kiosks and remove kiosk posters for reasons due to weather conditions and/or public safety.

Hold Harmless Agreement

I, , as authorized representative of , hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Savannah Development and Renewal Authority, its Board of Directors, employees, and building, as well as the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah, its elected and appointed officials, officers, and employees, from and against all losses and claims, demands, payments, suits, actions, recoveries, and judgments of every nature and description brought or recovered against by reason of any act or omission of the said his or her agents, or employees, in execution of the work, use, or in the guarding of it.

authorizes SDRA as the party responsible for installing and removing the kiosk posters. The user acknowledges that SDRA is not responsible for the results obtained by the user, nor for any theft of or damage to the user's posters while posted pursuant to this agreement. SDRA shall not monitor the postings. The user waives any claim for damages direct or indirect and agrees that its sole and exclusive claim for damages is limited to the return of the consideration paid to SDRA. SDRA agrees that upon written notice of missing or defective posting, SDRA will replace said posting with replacement provided by the user within three (3) business days of receipt of notice and delivery of replacement poster(s).

If the user cancels or otherwise terminates the project for any reason, SDRA reserves the full and exclusive right to apply any monies received from the applicant to the total fee owed. Any changes the user makes to the specifications may adversely affect the original fee.
