The Savannah Development and Renewal Authority (SDRA) has awarded Asher + Rye the Golden Broom Award. This quarterly award recognizes businesses and organizations in the greater downtown Savannah area for their ongoing contribution to beautifying the community by keeping its properties clean, well-maintained and litter-free.
SDRA Board Chair Hank Reed presented the award along with Golden Broom Chair Chassidy Malloy to Erika and Joel Snayd of Asher + Rye. Savannah Mayor Van Johnson was also in attendance and made a few remarks to the importance of community beautification and to the recognition of such commitment by groups like SDRA.
